These Terms and Conditions cover your use of mallamibro.com.ng. They also cover any order placed with MALLAMIBRO KONCEPTS LTD, RC - 9518582. This applies whether you order through this site, WhatsApp, or in person at our Ibadan office. By browsing this site, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, contact us before you order. We would rather answer a question upfront, than sort out a misunderstanding later.

1. Who We Are

MALLAMIBRO KONCEPTS LTD is a Nigerian firm. We make stamps, seals, plaques, frames, prints, and branding. We are based at 61 Alafia St, Mokola Rd, Mokola Hill, Ibadan 200282, Oyo, Nigeria.

2. Orders and Pricing

• You do not need to be a registered business to order from us — individuals are welcome to purchase, and any company-related fields on our order form (such as company name) are optional, not required.
• Placing an order through our website, WhatsApp, or in person constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept once payment is confirmed and, where applicable, artwork is approved.
• Prices shown on this website reflect current pricing at the time of viewing and are subject to change without prior notice — the price confirmed to you at the point of order is the price that applies to that order.
• The price displayed for a product does not change between browsing, cart, and checkout for the same order — any additional charges (such as delivery fees) are disclosed separately and clearly before payment is finalized.
• We accept payment via Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD) and direct bank transfer with WhatsApp confirmation. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN).

3. Production to Specification

Most of what we make is custom work. We engrave it with your company name, RC number, logo, or personal details. So, accuracy before production matters a lot. We send you a digital proof to review and approve, before we start work. You must check spelling, RC numbers, size, and design details on that proof. We only start once you approve it.

4. Authorization to Produce Custom Items

When you place an order, you confirm you have the right to use any name, RC number, logo, or detail in it. This covers anything we engrave, print, or make for you. We can decline any order if we cannot confirm this right. We also do not make official seals or stamps that only a licensing body can give to a licensed person.

5. Delivery

We deliver across all of Nigeria. Forwarding Delivery costs a flat ₦5,000. This fee shows in your order total at checkout, and does not change by location. Orders of ₦30,000 or more get free delivery, with no flat fee. Office Pickup at our Ibadan office is always free, no matter the order size. Delivery time can still vary, based on logistics in less accessible areas.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Full details are in our separate Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms. In short: once we start work, we cannot return a custom item. The only exception is a real error on our part, reported within 24 hours of delivery. You can cancel for a full refund within 2 hours of payment, if work has not started.

7. Your Information

We only collect what we need for your order. This means your name, contact details, address, and payment confirmation. We do not sell your data. We do not use your details or photos in our marketing, without your OK. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to MALLAMIBRO KONCEPTS LTD, unless we say otherwise. Any artwork you send us for a custom order stays yours. By sending it, you confirm you have the right to use it, and to have it reproduced on your order.

9. Limitation of Liability

We take care to build every order to the specs you approve. Once you approve a digital proof, we are not liable for errors that were already in that proof. Our liability for any order is capped at the value of that order.

10. Governing Law

Nigerian law governs these Terms.
