These Terms and Conditions govern your use of mallamibro.com.ng and any order placed with MALLAMIBRO KONCEPTS LTD (RC Number: 9518582), whether through this website, WhatsApp, or in person at our Ibadan office. By browsing this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If anything here is unclear, please contact us before ordering — we'd rather answer a question upfront than resolve a misunderstanding afterward.

1. Who We Are

MALLAMIBRO KONCEPTS LTD is a Nigerian manufacturer and supplier of corporate stamps, embossing seals, laser engraving, award plaques, frames, digital printing, and corporate branding products, based at 61, Alafia Street, Mokola, Ibadan 200282, Oyo State, Nigeria.

2. Orders and Pricing

• You do not need to be a registered business to order from us — individuals are welcome to purchase, and any company-related fields on our order form (such as company name) are optional, not required.
• Placing an order through our website, WhatsApp, or in person constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept once payment is confirmed and, where applicable, artwork is approved.
• Prices shown on this website reflect current pricing at the time of viewing and are subject to change without prior notice — the price confirmed to you at the point of order is the price that applies to that order.
• The price displayed for a product does not change between browsing, cart, and checkout for the same order — any additional charges (such as delivery fees) are disclosed separately and clearly before payment is finalized.
• We accept payment via Paystack (card, bank transfer, USSD) and direct bank transfer with WhatsApp confirmation. All prices are in Nigerian Naira (NGN).

3. Production to Specification

Because the majority of what we produce is custom-made — engraved with your company name, RC number, logo, or personal details — accuracy before production begins matters enormously. We provide a digital proof for your review and approval before physical production starts. It is your responsibility to carefully check spelling, registration numbers, dimensions, and design details on that proof; production begins only after your approval.

4. Authorization to Produce Custom Items

By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to have any company name, RC number, logo, or personal details included in that order engraved, printed, or produced as specified. We reserve the right to decline any order where we cannot reasonably confirm this authorization, and we do not produce official seals or stamps issued solely by professional regulatory bodies or government agencies to individually licensed persons.

5. Delivery

We deliver nationwide across Nigeria. Delivery time and cost are confirmed with you directly before dispatch, based on your specific location, and may vary depending on logistics availability in less accessible areas.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Full details are set out in our separate Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In short: customized items generally cannot be returned once production begins, except for verified production errors on our part reported within 24 hours of delivery; orders may be cancelled for a full refund within 2 hours of payment, provided production hasn't started.

7. Your Information

We collect only the information necessary to process your order — name, contact details, delivery address, and payment confirmation. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your details or images in our marketing without your consent. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The content on this website — text, images, logos, and design — belongs to MALLAMIBRO KONCEPTS LTD unless otherwise stated. Artwork you supply for a custom order remains yours; by submitting it, you confirm you have the right to use it and to have it reproduced on the item you're ordering.

9. Limitation of Liability

We take care to produce every order to the specification you approve. Once you've approved a digital proof, we are not liable for errors that were present and approved at that stage. Our liability in connection with any order is limited to the value of that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
