MALLAMIBRO KONCEPTS LTD ("we", "us", "our") runs mallamibro.com.ng. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect. This happens when you visit our site, place an order, or contact us. It also covers how we use that data, and the choices you have. By using this site, you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect your information in these ways:

• When You Place an Order (Checkout): Your full name, phone, email, and company name. Your delivery address (state, city, landmark) and delivery method. Order notes and your payment code. The products and amounts you pick. Any design files or photos you send us for a custom order.
• When You Contact Us: Full name, email address, phone number, subject and the content of your message via our contact form.
• When You Notify Us of a Payment: Your order code. You give us this on our payment form.
• Automatic Data: When you browse, Google Analytics gathers standard data on its own. This covers pages you view, time on site, and a rough spot from your IP. It also covers your device, browser, and how you found us, plus UTM tags from our social links.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process, build, and send your order. We email your order confirmation. We also check your payment on our own, if you pay online.
• To answer questions sent through our contact form.
• To check payment, and set up delivery or pickup.
• To see how visitors use our site. This helps us improve our content, navigation, and speed.
• To measure how well our marketing and social media work, using UTM-tagged links.

3. Cookies & Analytics

Our site uses Google Analytics to see how visitors act, and improve our service. Google Analytics uses cookies — small text files on your device. These collect grouped data, like pages viewed, time on site, and traffic source. Google handles this data under its own Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time. Use the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on, or change your browser cookie settings.

We also use Google Ads conversion tracking, through the same Google tag. This measures how well our ads work, and shows us which visits lead to an order. It works much like Google Analytics. It does not identify you personally, and follows the same Google Privacy Policy and opt-out options above.

Our site uses an Elfsight widget, to show reviews. It may use cookies or similar tools to load and show that content. This follows Elfsight's own Privacy Policy.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share information with:

• Service Providers: Our web host and email service. We use these only to run the site, and to deliver order and contact messages to us.
• Payment Processing: If you pay online at checkout, we share your name, phone, email, and order amount with Paystack, our payment processor. We only do this to process your payment. We never see or store your card details. Paystack handles this fully, within their own secure checkout. See Paystack's Terms and Privacy Policy, for how they use this information. This does not apply if you pay by bank transfer — that option does not use Paystack.
• Google Analytics and Ads: Grouped data on site use and ad results. See Section 3.
• Elfsight: Loads and shows customer reviews. See Section 3.
• Legal Duty: If the law asks us to. Or, to protect the rights, property, or safety of MALLAMIBRO KONCEPTS LTD, our customers, or others.

5. Data Storage & Retention

We store your order and contact details safely, on our host servers. We keep this data as long as we need to. This covers your order, your query, and our own money records. We keep uploaded design files too, for your specific order.

6. Your Rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023, you have real rights. You can ask to see, fix, or delete your personal data with us. You can also ask how we use it. To use any of these rights, contact us with the details below.

7. Children's Privacy

Our site and services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you think a child gave us personal data, contact us. We will remove it.

8. Security

We take real steps to protect your personal data. This covers access, changes, leaks, or loss. But no method of sending data online, or storing it, is 100% safe. So, we cannot promise total security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy at times. This reflects new practices, or new legal reasons. We will post any changes here, with a new "Last Updated" date.
