MALLAMIBRO KONCEPTS LTD — Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MALLAMIBRO KONCEPTS LTD, we make branding, stamps, and print work, built to your exact specs. Our items are custom-built, around your own name, RC number, or personal details. So, we run a clear Return and Refund Policy, set out below.

1. Customized & Bespoke Products (No-Return Policy)

Most of what we make is custom work. This list is not final, but it covers Flash Stamps, Company Seals, Award Plaques, Branded School Items, Printed Materials, Digital Stamps, and Branded Clothes.

• No Returns or Exchanges: Once we customize, build, or engrave an item to your specs, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. These items are unique to your business. We cannot resell them.
• Customer Proofing Responsibility: Before we start production, our design team sends you a digital proof. You must check it fully. Spelling, RC numbers, size, fasteners, and colours are your job to confirm. MALLAMIBRO KONCEPTS LTD is not liable for errors you approved during proofing.

2. Strict Exceptions for Firm Production Errors

We hold our work to a high standard. Customized items are non-refundable, but we make an exception for real defects or spelling errors that are our own mistake. These exceptions come with strict conditions:

• 24-Hour Notification Window: Check your package as soon as it arrives. Tell us about any real production error within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot accept claims made after this 24-hour window.
• Assessment and Verification: We review every claim. We only replace products that our production team confirms as a genuine defect on our part.
• Refund Processing Time: Once we approve your refund, it takes 7 business days. It goes back to your original payment method.
• Return Shipping Costs: You pay the cost of shipping the product back to us for review.
• Customer Damage Exclusion: These rules do not cover damage you cause after delivery. For example: if you drop, alter, or mishandle the product.

3. Order Cancellations

• Before Production: You can cancel for a full refund within two hours of payment. This only works if our design team has not started custom typesetting or design work yet.
• After Production Begins: Once we cut materials, load ink, or start a print run, we cannot accept cancellations. Payments become non-refundable at that point.

4. Non-Customized/Standard Products

This applies to standard, blank, or non-personalized items sold on our site:

• Return Window: You have 30 days from delivery to return items.
• Item Condition: The product must be unused and unaltered. Keep it in its box, with the sales invoice.
• Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying return shipping costs to our office.
• Refund Processing Time: Once we get and check your return, it takes 7 business days. It goes back to your original payment method.
