Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At MALLAMIBRO KONCEPTS LTD, we take immense pride in crafting premium corporate branding, custom stamps, printing, and laser engraving works to the exact specifications of our customers. Because our products are highly customized and uniquely tailored to your individual corporate identity, registration numbers, or personal specifications, we operate under a strict and transparent Return and Refund Policy in full compliance with global trade and Google Merchant guidelines.

1. Customized & Bespoke Products (No-Return Policy)

The vast majority of our production line involves custom engineering (including but not limited to: Premium Flash Stamps, Company Seals, Laser Engraved Plaques, Branded School Stationery, Operational Prints, Soft-Copy Digital Stamps, and Branded Apparel).

• No Returns or Exchanges: Once an item has been customized, manufactured to your specifications, or engraved with your corporate details, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. These items are entirely unique to your business and cannot be resold.
• Customer Proofing Responsibility: Before we begin physical production or digital export, our Computer Graphics Design Department provides a digital proof (artwork mockup) for your explicit review and approval. It is the customer's absolute responsibility to check all spelling, registration numbers (RC numbers), dimensions, fasteners, and color configurations. MALLAMIBRO KONCEPTS LTD is not liable for errors approved by the customer during the proofing phase.

2. Strict Exceptions for Firm Production Errors

We hold our craftsmanship to elite standards. While customized items are strictly non-refundable, exceptions are made solely for structural defects or spelling errors originating directly from mistakes on our part, subject to the following strict conditions:

• 24-Hour Notification Window: The customer must inspect the delivered package immediately and notify us of any verified production error on our part within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the delivery. Claim requests submitted after this 24-hour window are null and void.
• Assessment and Verification: MALLAMIBRO KONCEPTS LTD will evaluate the claim. We shall replace only those products which our internal production team officially certifies to be genuinely defective due to an error coming from our side.
• Return Shipping Costs: The physical cost of returning the allegedly defective product to our office hub for analysis shall be borne entirely by the customer.
• Customer Damage Exclusion: These strict exceptions do not cover products that have been mishandled, dropped, altered, or damaged by the customer in any way, shape, or form after delivery.
• Absolute Limitation of Liability: Our corporate liability is strictly limited to replacing the certified defective physical product only. MALLAMIBRO KONCEPTS LTD accepts zero liability for indirect damages, client operational delays, or associated financial losses arising from manufacturing defects.

3. Order Cancellations

• Before Production: You may cancel an order within two (2) hours of payment for a full refund, provided our graphics team has not commenced custom typesetting or design blueprinting.
• After Production Begins: Once materials have been laser-cut, ink-loaded, or sheets have been fed into our digital/offset presses, cancellations are absolutely not accepted, and payments are non-refundable.

4. Non-Customized/Standard Products (If Applicable)

For any standard, completely blank, or non-personalized retail items sold on our site:

• Return Window: Returns are accepted within fourteen (14) days of delivery.
• Item Condition: The product must be completely unused, unaltered, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original sales invoice.
• Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping fees to our operational headquarters.
